I know that Billy Joel can be reached through his record label, but I was wondering if he has an email address.

I don't know his or if he has an e-mail address. If he did, it would not be known to the public or given out for personal and privacy reasons, as I'm sure you understand. You can still write him thru his label as you already mentioned.
