is hill running a good workout for rugby?also how could i incrase my speed?thank u

Hill running is fantastic for rugby, But The key to success of hill workouts is to put together a proper program that closely mirrors your position.Speed in rugby is being able to accelerate and recover quickly over an accelrarated time span on going with out building up latic acid.You can accomplish and increase your speed by incorperating strides  between hill repeates.This in  conjunction  with your hill workouts If you have any other questions Ger just get in touch.
