Question
hello, i run on my treadmill for about 45 min a day at a speed of 4.  I am just wondering how a person would train to run a marathon?  how many miles or hrs a day?? also, my cousin started running marathons and now she is really thin.  Can running totally transform your body? thanks

Answer
Hi Miss Kitty
First thing, running with good balance eating habits and consistency can transform your body and also your life like it did mine years ago.To train properly for a marathon you would need to block out 6 months and allow 45 min to 1hr.of running 5 days a week with a longer run on the 6th day building up to 2hrs every couple of weeks. Now please keep this in mine this is just a general overall idea of the kind of commitment you need and is not an exact schedule.Could it be done on less?Yes, but you do not want to cut corners and take this lightly since it could be costly to your overall well being etc.I customize all my schedules to the individuals lifestyle and experience.I hope you have found this help full.Any other questions Miss Kitty just get in touch.I started just like you years ago.

All the very best

John
