Jogging & Running/Knee Pain and numbness in foot

I have had a similar left leg issue too.  Seems to be connected to a possible injury to the lower spinal area, a disc etc.  An ortho could prescribe orthotics, which are good for balancing out any 'imbalance' that is present (we don't always know about it ourselves).  Also, an MRI could provide you an image of exactly what muscles and nerves are 'doing' in the left leg, disclose where the injury is.

I have done a lot of massage, chiro, diet, rest ... nothing has truly helped except the orthotics.

Good luck, be careful as it does seem to continue in its decline or mine has.
