Question
Hi. I am doing a project about elton john for french and i am wonerding a few questions. 1. How many albums has Elton John made. 2. Does he play any instruments? 3. Is anyone else play in his bands? like a piano ,another singer.
Also if you have any facts like what type of music he plays, where he was born and how he became soo intrested in music: I would really appreciate it thank you

Answer
Hi Morgan,

1. Elton has made 27 studio albums. If you count live albums, hits albums, soundtracks, and other type of compilation albums, it numbers over 50.

2. Yes, Elton does play an instrument. The one he's most known for. A piano.

3. Elton has other members in his band, of course. Drummer, bass player, guitar player, and so on.

Elton was born in Middlesex, England, and he became interested in music when rock and roll first made itself known thanks to Elvis Presley and people like that. His mother would pick up the latest rock and roll records and give them to him. As the story goes, his mother would sit him at the piano for time outs, and he began to play, pretty much teaching himself how to play the piano.

Hope some of this helps!.
