I love the song Rock & Roll Madonna that appears on his box set.  Is this song available on any of his albums?  Has he been known to play it in concert?  Any additional information you can tell me about this song would be appreciated.  Thank you!

Hi Scott,

  The song, and it's a good one, was a B-Side when it was originally done. Never officially part of one of his albums. However, it was included as a "Bonus Track" on a special re-release edition of his second album, 1970's "Elton John". I haven't heard of Elton performing it in concert. Thanks for writing!.
