Joint Pain Relief/joint pain relief
I have osteoarthritis in my neck, hips, and knees which cause pain daily. I have tried steroid injections, facet joint injections and a procedure where they burned the nerves to reduce the pain. I have the following: Neck pain, Syndrome affecting cervical region,
Degenerative arthritis of cervical spine, Nerve root inflammation, and .Bulging disc of backbone Any suggestions as to what I can do to help relive the pain would be appreciated.
I am very sorry to hear about your situation. I assume with the procedures you've already had done that you've seen a rheumatoidologist of some kind. With such systemic problems I do wonder about rheumatoid type conditions that can benefit from the right medication, which can be tricky to find. I don't say this lightly, since I'd rather not have people dependent even on things like Celebrex, but the first goal should be to get you out of pain. Once you do that, then you can get more picky about the best ways and options to do that.
That being said, you may find some temporary relief by visiting my totally free website,
There are follow along videos that show you how to reduce or eliminate your chronic pain for every joint in the body.
The main Neck Pain Relief page is here:
and you can find additional pages (all for free) on the Site Map page by scrolling down through each category:
If you find it difficult to do the do-it-yourself techniques because you are in too much pain, you can have a friend or family member watch the videos with you and do them on you.
Most chronic structural pain is due to the shortening and tightening of tissue around joints, and while I do think you may have a biochemical/genetic component involved with your pain issues, I do believe the techniques on my website could give you some substantial relief (and maybe more!).
Perhaps if you just approach your neck pain first, then take some some on the lower back pain or hip pain, etc. over time you may find your overall pain substantially reduced.
I do sincerely hope that is helps.
All the best,
