Question
Hi, I have been getting pain, some times really bad pain in my left knee. The pain lasts about 2/3 hours on average. I'm not over weight I think, I'm 5'6 and 14 years old. The pain comes every couple of days.
What is this pain that i am getting do you think??
Thanks

Answer
Hi Kerry,

Sorry to hear about your knee pain. It sounds like it might be "growing pains."  Often times with teenagers your joints (especially knees and ankles) will hurt because you are growing so fast.

If you go to my totally free website Do-It-Yourself-Joint-Pain-Relief,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/
where I have videos for every single joint in the body, and go to my
main Knee Joint Pain Relief page,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/knee-joint-pain-relief.html#.Utt
you'll find follow-along videos where I show you how to work on yourself and free yourself
from knee pain.

I do think it will help you, so I hope you will give it a try.

All the best,

Gary Crowley

Expertise

I can show 95 percent people how to relieve or eliminate their own joint pain for basically every joint in their body. 95 percent of joint pain, even chronic joint pain, is due to the shortening and tightening of tissue around joints. I show people how to release that tight tissue that is causing their pain. Every joint and every person is unique, but the principles to free yourself from pain are the same in 95 percent of cases.
