Question
what types of food do they traditionally eat in kenya?

Answer
Hi Johnny,

We do have lots of trsditional food in Kenya, this foods largely depend on the part of kenya you originate from and the tribe.

If one is from the Central part of Kenya, they would probably eat a mixture of beans and maize(corn) this dish is called Githeri.

The People fron the lakeside region of lake Victoria often eat alot of fish called OMENA and they eat this with vegetables like spinach and a cake made oout of maize meal called UGALI.

This are someexamples  of the traditional meals we have.

Wanjiku Kariuki.
