ANSWER: Hi Janice,
Are you getting married in Kenya or in Romania?. Please do not worry about this at all. As sson as your partner has a leagl document to prove or state that your partner is not currently married in Romania , just get back to me and will help you process your marriage registration as long as you will be married in Kenya.
The certificate of impediment should be from the Romania government.

QUESTION: Thank you for replying.yes am getting married here in Romania.he has all the necessary legal documents.the office of marriages says that i should get the certificate from my embassy and that my original birth certificate should have a stamp from the ambassador of Kenya in Romania and also a stamp from the foreign affairs.

Okay ,if you are getting married in Romania, it is true rules in that country should apply, the only part I can help you is get this certificate from here confirming that you are not married here in Kenya.Okay I know people who can help you but they would not like to be put on internet , send me a direct email or make this question private and will send you more information of how to help you get the both document.
