Question
ve a bro who has no hand can he be granted a linces his good at driving.

Answer
Hi Stella,

Thanks for your question.

Essentially, if the licensing officer considers his disability to be a danger to the public then he can be denied a licence. He can nonetheless appeal against any refusal if he is refused a license yet he feels that he is ok to drive.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Maggie.
