Question
In the question subject above, it is an illustration of my problem with a SONY notebook -VAIO PCG-Z505R.  While typing the cursor jumps unexpectedly back and I end up typing over text already typed.  I called both Microsoft and SONY and for different reasons were not able to help fix this annoying problem in an otherwise perfect notebook.

Any solution?  Thanks.

Answer
I am sorry, but if neither Sony nor Microsoft can help, I can be of little help. The very basic thing to do is reinstall your mouse driver (or update the driver with a newer version). Same for the display driver. This sometimes solves such problems. Beyond that, I am unfamiliar with your particular problem. Sorry ... and good luck.

Gary
