Answer Craig,
It's probably too late to answer you but I'm wondering why I keep getting these types of questions:
guys who are getting ready to fight but need all types of advice.
My question for you is who's your trainer? Your trainer should have all the expertise you need for gaining/losing weight and strategies for your fight.
If he doesn't then you need to find another gym. If you don't have a trainer then you need to find one.
Best of luck to you.
