Question
Hows it going Heath.  I was just wondering what age is it too late to start Muay Thai? I'm currently 21 and I've been doing BJJ lately and want to transition my abilities to kick boxing.  About what age is it to late to actually be able to compete?

Answer
Hello Fernando,
Thank you for your inquiry. It's not about age its about do you want to fight? if you have the will, dedication and the heart of a warrior your never too old.
Plus you still haven't hit your peak being 21 years of age. Some kickboxers fight till they are 40 years old. So it comes down to how hard you want to train and how bad you want to fight?
Thank you for your question feel free to contact me anytime.
Heath
