Question
i want to be a kickboxer in 4 months. i am 17 years old i need to gain 15 lbs to be in my desired weight class.i have played on the varsity soccer team.what should be my diet and my training?

Answer
Carlos,
You're 17 so of course you're in a rush to get where you want to be.
Check out my colleague Vince Del Monte's website (vincedelmonte.com), you'll find that he recommends taking your time.
I'm assuming that you're training with a coach and in a good kickboxing school.
That being said, whoever is setting up your fight in 4 months should be the one who's guiding your eating and training.
If you plan to fight you've got to put yourself in the hands of an expert.
Sorry but to detail both an eating and training program is outside the scope of this medium.
Best of luck to you.
Regards,
Dwight Woods
