Question Thank you for taking the time to read this question. I want to learn kickboxing so bad but at this time I cannot afford to go to a class regularly. I have very little experience with martial arts (tkd) and more in boxing. do you have any dvds that give a routine, maybe possible nutrtion and weight lifting facts? Thank you. I really respect your answers.(the ones I read were very encouraging)

I have a series of Jeet Kune Do videos on expertvillage.com.
Just do a search for jeet kune do and you should find them.
There are other kickboxing videos there also.
Expert Village is also a good resource for weightlifting tips.
I'm not sure of they have anything about nutrition though.
I will be putting out more stuff on expert village later this year and will be releasing an in-home kickboxing training DVD series in the summer.
