Answer
Johan,
I'm thinking you mean "an exercise" to help with balance.
I have the easiest thing in the world: every chance you get, stand on one leg!
I did this for many years as a young kung fu fanatic and to this day, I can still hold myself perfectly still on one leg.
Practising slow motion kicks will help a lot as will holding your leg out in the extended kick position (like Bruce Lee always did), which is also good for hip and leg strength.
However, there are two types of balance: static and dynamic.
For dynamic balance you must practise your footwork and agility exercises.
that way you'll learn to move smoothly and always be in balance.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Dwight Woods
