Question
Hi i am a 14 year old kick boxing enthusiast ive been doing it for a few years now and i have just started doing the intermediate adult classes and i cant always go. so i was wondering what would be a great training schedule for when i am at home and bored? I am looking from anywhere from 1-2 hours. Thank you!

Answer
Hello Orin,
Thank you for your question. When your at home and bored you can #1. Shadow Box - Practicing your offense and defense techniques
#2. Work on Cardio and go run or jump rope. ( cardio should be done everyday run 3-5 miles, sprints, or jumprope for 30 min)
#3. you can always do push ups and situps(if available chin ups)

I hope I've answered your question. if you need further explanation feel free to e-mail me again.

Keep Punching and Kicking,
