Answer
Hello Robert,
 Boxing routine:   15 min stretches
3X3 minute rounds Shadow boxing (30 second break between each round)
                       * Shadow boxing is pretending your fighting an imaginary opponent and practice throwing your combinations in the air
6-10X 3minute rounds Heavy bag (30 seconds in between rounds)
                       * if you cant do 6 rounds start off with 1-2 rounds and gradually work your way up to 6-10 rounds
                      30 min jumprope
                      15 min ab workout( sit-ups crunches..etc)
                     100 pushups
                      100 chin ups
                     * break up the chin ups and pushups to where you do 100 altogether doesnt have to be done all in one set.

               Nutrition:

1. Never eat before bed
2. Drink plenty of water 8-12 glasses a day
3. try to eat one portion of protein, one carbohydrate, and at least one vegetable for lunch and dinner
4. give yourself a break once a week and eat whatever you fancy.
5. train on empty stomach and have your last meal 2-3 hours before your workout.
6. watch portion control
7. eat in moderation. try to eat 5-6 small meals a day

I hope this helped you. Please contact me for any additional questions that may arise. Good Luck in your training
