a City basketball Court could bring to our county as to involving our youth?

Any chance you could tell me a little more? I'd hate to comment on a basketball court in a community I'm not familiar with. I don't need to know what community, exactly, but if you could give me some idea as to why this is being proposed, or whether or not you're in a rural or inner city community, etc., I think I could probably answer your question a lot more completely. Anything you could tell me would be very helpful.
