Question i am 13 and i want to join a sports club but i don't have any Idea which to.my friends say tennis is good but i am really bad at playing tennis is their any way to improve .
Answer Your last question mentioned you were 14....what happened?
As far as getting better at tennis, there are a couple of options. First find a large wall and simply hit the ball off the wall. This wall will be the best tennis partner you ever have. As you feel more comfortable and are able to control where you hit the ball, use a piece of string, chalk, or paint (if it's your wall), to represent where the net would be. This will help you hit the ball with more accuracy.
Your other option is to find someone else who is a beginner and regularly get together and play. Better yet, find someone who is good, but doesn't mind helping you learn the game. There's nothing wrong with taking a lesson or two from a professional tennis instructor, either. There are plenty of people out there who are NOT good tennis players. Any time you learn something new (especially a physical skill), there will be a period of awkwardness and some embarrassment. You have to get passed that in order to get to the next level. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
