Knitting - knitting inreverse

Expert: susan wills - 10/19/2009

Question
I'm knitting a cardigan and have to reverse the right front panel.  Here are the instructions for the LEFT front: P2, K1 TBL, P2 repeat from * of row 1 to last 5 sts, end p2, K1TBL, P2.   Row 2 is a smocked pattern and I have no problem with it.

Answer
Sorry, I'm not understanding the question. Not sure what you mean by "have to reverse the panel". The pattern above is symmetrical, so you would work it the same . Sorry, I can't help you more. I don't see a "*" that the pattern is referring you repeat from.
Are you sure the "reverse" requirements in the pattern don't mean to reverse the shaping?
