Over 30 years of personal knitting experience I have tackled most things in the knitting arena - lace, cables, fairisle. I have even done a little dyeing and have a couple of years crochet experience.

hi wendy, i am looking for a free poncho knitting pattern for my 8 year old grandson. i must say that this is a wonderful site, the best yet as i started looking for a crochet pattern for this poncho and got the best help from one of your experts. crocheting is a very recent craft for me and so i better stick to knitting which i have been doing for a very long time if i want to finish a project. thank you in advance for your help. thelma
