Knitting - Understanding pattern term ' turn'

Expert: susan wills - 6/18/2009

Question
The pattern is a pie-wedge shawl - using Helen's Lace
Cast on 112 stitches
Row 1 & 2   knit 4 yo knit to last 2 stitches, turn and knit 2 then place marker,
knit to end
Row 3 - 8   knit 4, yo, knit to marker, remove it, turn and knit 2, then replace
marker, knit to end
Row 9 & 10 bind off 4, knit to marker, remove it, turn and knit 2, then replace
marker, knit to end
These 10 rows complete a section -

??? when do you knit all 112 ?
I am trying to work this BUT am not seeming to figure it all out.
Thanks for advising ~

Answer
Turn just means turn work around to the other side. You will be working short rows, not knitting across the entire row. That will give it the wedge shape. Just follow directions exactly as written. I think it is something you just have to do it to see what is happening.
