Question
hi, im knitting a babies jumper the patten says cast of 7 stitches at neck edge how do i contiue in patten

Answer
Using the first ball of yarn, knit the row to the place where it says to cast off 7 stitches.  Cast off these off and finish the rest of the row in pattern (established design).  Turn your work.  Do the row to the point where the bind off is and use a second ball of yarn to work the other stitches, keeping everything in the established design.
