history, I am a screenwriter and specialize in character development.
From the first time I watched the show, I loved how the characters were
very much individual but also how well they related to each other.
The storylines and plot twists only added to a well-seasoned cast. It`s no
wonder this show was loved by so many.
I`ve enjoyed watching the re-runs countless times and have also joined
several websites and clubs to further discuss the show and its stars.
I consider myself an `expert` and will do my best to answer all your
inquiries.
Experience Besides watching the entire series several times, I've written for a few Knots Landing fan websites, studied the actors and actresses that brought the characters to life each week and gathered information for my own personal use.

I also love the show and have the 1st seaon on DVD. Unfortunately Warner Bros., doesn't think the show is popular enough or will get a big enough response by producing the later seasons of the show. (How can they not??) Some of the shows that I have seen on DVD I can't imagine people buying but they do. I believe KNOTS will surprise them if they just give it a chance.
I have a couple of contacts that have taped the show on VHS then copied to DVD. I have a few seasons of the show and they're clear, the sound quality is excellent and they're commercial-free. One of my contacts I haven't heard from in a while, and have to look for his info and my other contact is in London, but he has excellent quality DVDs (this is who i purchased my dvds from).
