history, I am a screenwriter and specialize in character development.
From the first time I watched the show, I loved how the characters were
very much individual but also how well they related to each other.
The storylines and plot twists only added to a well-seasoned cast. It`s no
wonder this show was loved by so many.

Question I was so happy when the 1st season was finally released....are there plans for other seasons to be released? Doesnt seem right that only one season be released.
Answer Hi Tina,
I was beyond happy when the first season of Knots Landing was finally released on DVD. Unfortunately as of now, there are no plans to release future seasons. The reason being, Warner Bros., "claims" the first season didn't do too well sales-wise that they didn't want to release any other seasons. They feel it would be a waste of money and that no one would buy them.
But don't they know Season Two is when Abby arrived and the ratings went through the roof!! In my opinion Abby made the show, esp in the beginning anyway.
Hopefully this will change and we'll get to relive those classic episodes.
