Question
Ok so heres my situation. About a month ago my employer hired this girl who I've found myself able to get very close to in a short amount of time. Only problem was she just started dating this guy so I was backing off a bit. Then she asked me If I was seeing anybody currently but before I could answer her she walked off. She has a very flirty attitude with everyone but she seems to flirt with me more than anyone else. Shes very playfully mean to me and slugs me in a playful manner when I am playfully mean to her. One night she said to me one night we need to have a movie night together! But I was wary of doing that cause of her "boyfriend" well the other night she told me she just broke up with him. And before I could say anything she walked off again. So I was confused about that. What is she doing? Shes like "I have a boyfriend. We should have a movie night together! Are you seeing anybody? I broke up with him." Am I crazy or does she like me?

Dear Steve,
She is probably shy and feels awkward after each time she drops a hint that she wants to go out with you. It does seem like she is interested. Ask her out, because she basically asked you out first with that movie night invitation.
