When it comes to knowing if he or she likes you, it all starts with a very simple thing known as a crush. It's like a tiny seed planted in our minds that grows out in only one direction until it drives us crazy. Your mind wants to know straight up if that person really likes you or not, and to do anything in your path to get that answer. That's where I want to help you. All I can say to you, is that the first step is patience. I will help you with eye contact, body language, signs he/she will give away, and then to the final step of asking he/she out on a date. I'm here to help you stick to it, until it sticks to you.

Many of my personal friends come to me with alot of dating problems. I've helped them with certain steps that have worked out for them. I love helping people with dating problems. It helps me to understand more about what people are going through, and how I can help make a happy ending for each of them. I've learned alot from my own experience in that past of what important steps are missed. It can lead to heartache and a shattered dream. I know dating is a like a neverending game, but sometimes it's game over sooner than we think.

Question
Hi Big D,
This may be a long story but i'll try to shorten it down. So here goes... There is a guy that i really like at work, he's 26 and i'm 18. I've known him for a year and it's been a strange year indeed. When i first met him when i was training for the job, he seemed polite to everybody else but didn't really make the effort of conversation with me. As soon as i walked into the room he stared at me with wide eyes and then had to look away quickly. but then He acknowledged me with a big smile but then he spent the next hour casually glancing at me and still smiling whilst talking to other people.
Then when we were in the store together we had to work together and again he didnt speak to me, I'm a very shy girl so i couldnt find a subject to talk about with him because he hadnt spoken to me all day, so this made it very awkward because he was my manager and i had to speak to him about work related topics but it was like he wasn't listening. At first i thought he seriously didn't like me by the way he was acting, but then whenever we had to discuss something he would stand really close to me, we would start off with a good distance between us, but then he'd move closer and closer until he was just inches away from me.
Soon he started to open up and we really started talking and laughing. But then somebody on my team said that he had a girlfriend and a baby and that made me feel disgusted with the way he was acting single and this made it even more awkward around him. If ever somebody brought up the subject of his girlfriend he'd look at me and change the subject instantly.
Whenever i'd be working down an isle i'd feel his eyes on me and he'd be smiling whenever i'd walk past. He's giving out some strange signals because one day he'd be nice and then the next day he could be mean and accusing me of finding my job difficult.
Sometimes my family and friends come into the place where i work and say that they can instantly see he really likes me by his body language but i can't see it. Do you think that he likes me? whenever i think about it i always come to the conclusion that he doesn't like me. My work colleges are always saying how friendly he is and how sociable and kind he can be. But he doesn't speak to me at all, i'd get the occasional conversation but then it's just awkward again so i have to walk away feeling that he's watching my every move. Sometimes when i'm working, he'd have some people off my team around him and he'd make them all laugh, then look at me to see if i've noticed. It really gets to me because since i've met him i haven't done or said anything to upset him, i keep my head down and work quietly.
If i'm working with somebody they'll casually mention how the guy i like has mentioned how he argues with his girlfriend and that she's the really jealous type. So does this mean he's avoiding talking to me in case his girlfriend finds out? Or does he seriously not like me at all? I'm so confused and have been all year. Please help if you can! Thanks Laura

Hi Laura,
Yes, I think you are right when you said "he's avoiding talking to me in case his girlfriend finds out". He might be a little afraid to admit to his girlfriend that he is starting to find interest in you, instead of her. I would wait and give him sometime, then make a move! You will definitley find your answer in the way he reacts. Good luck!
