When it comes to knowing if he or she likes you, it all starts with a very simple thing known as a crush. It's like a tiny seed planted in our minds that grows out in only one direction until it drives us crazy. Your mind wants to know straight up if that person really likes you or not, and to do anything in your path to get that answer. That's where I want to help you. All I can say to you, is that the first step is patience. I will help you with eye contact, body language, signs he/she will give away, and then to the final step of asking he/she out on a date. I'm here to help you stick to it, until it sticks to you.

Many of my personal friends come to me with alot of dating problems. I've helped them with certain steps that have worked out for them. I love helping people with dating problems. It helps me to understand more about what people are going through, and how I can help make a happy ending for each of them. I've learned alot from my own experience in that past of what important steps are missed. It can lead to heartache and a shattered dream. I know dating is a like a neverending game, but sometimes it's game over sooner than we think.

Question
Ok. I developed a crush on a boy in my class in the 8th grade. Obviously, he didn't exactly like me the way I liked him at the time. Now that we both hit our Freshman year, we've come to our senses....sort of.
(I don't know when this happened, but it was sometime late last month) I guess his little sister must've told him that I liked him. And then, I was told afterwards that he liked me by a cousin of mine. Just recently, my crush's little sister told my cousin to have her tell me that he loved me. I'm scared that his sister is lying, and that it's all a joke. But my cousin doesn't lie, and she personally asked him if he liked me, anyways.
We don't speak much, and I'm pretty nervous around him. I feel ready to tell him how I feel about him, but I'm scared of the result. I can tell that he likes me through body language and the way we act around each other.
He's fine when it comes to talking to other females and males, but with me, he's kinda quiet. I've seen this happen when we work on assignments together. We both go mute.
Ok, here are some things that make me wonder: he's asked me questions on assignments, he once asked me to go with him to the high school office when his locker wouldn't open (I was trying to get ready for my class so I didn't exactly know what he said, but I went with him anyways), he scared me when I was trying to light a Bunsen burner, and he's just done so many things that I can't exactly remember most of it.
We also do eye contact. Sometimes I feel like he's watching me. This one time, I was getting to my locker and (he's #127, I'm #130), I could tell that he was staring at me. I looked at him, and he was looking at me, and then I looked away.
Also, when I try to get near him, sometimes he'll stay where he is or he'll keep away. I'm sure this is a sign of nervousness, right?
I'd like some advice for this. Thanks ;)
(Oh, and I can kinda see a connection growing between us. He's a Virgo and I'm a Capricorn. Those two signs will get along really great, as far as I'm concerned.)

Hello Amy,
I know its kind of hard to speak up when both of you know like each other. But, both of you have to get over that, and one of you MUST speak up. Yes, in some cases it is that he is nervous. I remember when I was your age, I was WAY nervous around the girls that I liked, but, I knew that I had to get over it at some point, but don't wait too long for it. Just talk to him, if you can work on assignments together, than that is your time to get to know him better. Ask personal questions, but watch yourself.
