Question Hi I'm 16 the guy I like is 17 I've liked this guy 3 years hes in my school were not in any of the same classes and in a different year. But about 2years ago my friend who doesn't really know him asked him over bebo if he liked and he said he doesn't like me. I still kept liking and just looked at him when he was around. This went on for about a year just me looking at him. The the next year of school in the early months a different one of my friends while she was with me and he walked past told him that I like him and he looked back and smiled at me. And now when I look at him he holds my gaze I'm always the one to look away first. I always look at him when I see him at his locker so he know that I will look at him. a few weeks later my friend got his number from her friend who knows him. Now for about 7weeks we have been speaking through only text I text him maybe once or twice a week and we talk for about 2-3hours and he texts back pretty quick but sometimes later. He always uses smilyes in every one of his texts to me even if what he was saying wasn't a happy thing.When I ask him a simple question sometimes he responds being funny. Once I texted him and we were talking and he asked me about my friend(who he doesn't know) but he only asked her age and nothing else. then about maybe 6 weeks or something later he asked that again and he asked if I had her number I told him I didn't even though I did. Then he replied "I might ask her for it then.." I said she won't give it to you then he said why not :D i said she doesn't like you in that way. He didn't say anything about that after and he never asked her for her number. But I think he might have been trying to see how I would respond I never see him look at her . And he never asked if she was single or anything like that. After we just spoke about other stuff. We haven't actually spoken face to face but we know who each other is. Hes a quiet kind of guy and I'm a shy girl. Also when we talk through text if his free text had run out and he had credit he would text me back to let me know so I didn't think he was ignoring me.We do have quite a lot in common and can talk about anything really and talk about each other And we did speak everyday one time. What do you think about all this? what is he doing ?Hes really confusing me. I think he he is a shy , quiet sort of guymore introverted.

It sounds like you've got this figured out! I think he definitely has some interest in you, but you NEED to talk to him face-to-face if you ever want anything more. He may be too shy to talk to you, but you can't date by text!Go get him girl! :D
