Hey,
So ive liked this boy for ages now and i have already heard from his friend's gf that he has liked me before which made me more confused. We are both 17 and speak abit at collage and almost everynight on msn; which he normally starts the convo.

He is quite shy and hardly ever talks about himself so i really cant tell if he is just being the nice person that he is or if it means more. He does the kinda teasing and playing with me but this again might just be his personality.

Whenever he drinks he sometimes gets very friendly like cuddling, smiling alot and trying to get my attention. But i have seen him do it kinda to other girls. Also the other night he got quite worried that i had cut my hand on some broken glass even though it was only a small cut.

However, i found out a couple of weeks ago that my more outgoing friend has started to like him aswell. They talk alot via texts and she always makes sure that he knows where she will be so he can come as well. He is in most of her classes and so they talk more in school face to face rather then msn. She doesnt know that i like him or that i know she likes him so i can see all the signs which i also do, like talking about him and joking about him. I'm, worried that because she is more confident within herself that she could easily get his attention.

So now im very confused about what to do and if he likes me or her or neither.

Dear Kitty,

I think he likes you because of all the signs you just described. The only thing you should worry about is how your friend will feel about all of this. You two should have a talk. Tell her you know she likes him and you do too. That way if he asks either one of you out, you can come to a solution. Don't forget to let him know you're interested!
