hi there jen, uve no idea how long ive been waiting 4 sum1 in this catagorie 2 becum available, so heres my problem,b4 the summer i was in a small ,group, tutoring class outside of my school, (im in an all boys school :( ) and there was this 1 girl who i REALLY like, she is the 1st girl that i have had this strong of feelings for. i think about her alot, 1 night i couldnt stop thinking about her and ended up not going asleep until 3 a.m. but when the summer came, the classes ended, but thankfully, now that schools started again i will b going back to it when it starts again after the mid-term. i dont talk 2 her cuz i get extremely nervous, i have a slight feeling that she knows i like her because one day i kept staring at her beautifull eyes and she stared back and smiled but only for a second, then she asked me something but i dont remember what it was cuz i just got lost in her eyes. we never exchanged numbers or e-mail address so really the only time that im going 2 get 2 see her is during the tutoring classes because she lies lika an hour away from me. so what i want to know (sorry it took this long to get to the point) is if you could tell me if theres anyway to find out if shes interested in me without giving away that i like her, cuz i cant go threw showing her my feelings and end up getting crushed,because thats my biggest fear ever. plz plz plz help me, i wud b entirely in ur debt if u cud, thanks

p.s. ive never had a girlfriend b4, im 15 and shes 14, but im only a few months older then her.

Hi Jeff! Do you have any friends who know her or anything? You could always just have one of them ask, it will give your crush away, but I don't see anything you could do that wouldn't give it away. You can try and pick up on if she flirts with you or acts differently around you than anyone else, and if you want her to like you, she'll like you more if she knows you better and you'll have more of a chance with her. Even a casual question or just saying hi is fine, starting off with small talk is perfectly fine, so I would try and work up to that at least. You could even just pass her a note one day and just say, "You have the most beautiful eyes. I just wanted to let you know." Girls usually will take that as to mean that you're a really sweet guy and is more willing to like you with a genuine compliment like that. Hope this helps.
