Question
I bought the first album by Korn on vinyl last week (self titled).

It comes in a plain black sleeve with a pretty large sticker on the front side. The sticker has the track listing on it. It also says "For promotional use only" and it is a numbered copy. Mine's number 129 orsomething like that.

The vinyl itself is blue.

I've been looking on the internet but haven't found any information on this. I know there's a picture disc of their first album, but what I have is not that.
So any info on that? Rarity, value ....

Answer
If it's numbered, then I imagine it is rather rare (especially if it's a promotional copy, it might have even been released before the album's street date).  I have never come across what you're describing, so I couldn't tell you with any confidence its approximate value.
