Lab Tests/Thyroid

Question
What is the normal range of T4, free in a thyroid test?

Answer
Nonda,

It can range from 0.8-1.5 ng/dl. In other labs, I've seen it range from 0.7-2.1 ng/dl. So it really depends on the lab. I'd suggest asking the lab where you are getting the test for their reference range, if they don't supply it with your test results.
