Question I submitted a question on May 1. Today I got an "automated?" email saying that "I already answered that question." I never received an answer or any other email.
What's going on?
Answer Hi Melissa. I receive numerous questions a day. Alot of the time, the questions are very similar. Your question must have been a similar question that to one that I've answered before. That's why you got that email. Because you got that email, I'm unable to re-read your original question.
