Question
took the psa test and his score was a .92 6 months ago and had surgery to shave prostate and returned 6 months later and had test again and his score is now a 1.90 and he is 78 years old. What dose this score mean??????

Answer
Hi Christy, I'd be glad to try and answer your question.  Both of your grandfather's test results of 0.92 and 1.90 are within the normal range of 0.0 - 4.0.  The difference between the two results is small, so it's not considered significant, since both results are normal.
