Question
I complained about joint pain to my doctor and this is the results of the lab work. I was referred to a rheumatologist, however I am anxious to get some type of understanding of this.
ANACHOICE SCREEN: positive
ANTINUCLEAR ANTIBODIES TITER AND PATTERN: ANA Pattern Dual; SSA/RO antibody pattern is considered confirmatory for autoantibodies to the SSA/RO antigen that are present  in Sjogren's syndrome; PATTERN: nucleolar Titer: 1:80 Pattern: Speckled Titer 1:80
Rheumatoid Factor: 5
U/A: Cloudy
Ketones: Trace
Protein: 1+
Calcium Oxalate Crystals: Moderate

From the results, I think you have an autoimmune condition called Sjogren's Syndrome. That may or may not be all you have, though. I'm not sure based just on your test results. About 50% of people with Sjorgren's have other autoimmune conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, or lupus. Your rheumatologist will be able to provide you with more answers.
