  I,just received my lab test.what that is.Haw bed is it

      Leukocyte esterase.UA - Positive

I have received lab test Microtest

         RBC,URINE HPF 11 -25
  
         BACTERIA,URINE HPF  -  MANY

         SQUAMOUS EPITHELIAL CELLS,URINE SED - FEW

         RENAL EPITHELIAL CELLS - FEW

         MUCOUS UR SED,QL - PRESENT

Hi, these are typical U/A U/M (urinalysis, urine microscopic) results for a bladder infection caused by bacteria, usually E. coli.  UTIs cause symptoms of burning or pain with urination and are quite common in women and easily treatable with antibiotics, e.g. Ciprofloxacin, etc.
