do i have to worry if i have a result of 1+ hemoglobin in the urine?what does it indicates?

Michael,

I wouldn't be concerned about it unless your doctor calls and requests some follow-up tests. In the absence of other abnormal tests results, a 1+ urine result probably means nothing. You can read about what it can mean here:
