Question My name Is Tom and i play for u-15 lacrosse in North Carolina. I play attack
and heard about rock it pocket from some friends. I have never tried to
maintain a leather pocket before, because i only use mesh. I am aware other
question have been asked, but mine is this- do you have to be a good
stringer or pocket maintainer to keep a rockit pocket at its best, or can a
small knowledge of stringing and leather suffice to get the best out of one. If
so, where can i find this info? I do not take sidearms, as i am rather new.
What are the advantages of a rock it pocket save accuracy?
Thank you,
Tom
Answer Tom in my opinion the Rocket Pocket is all hype. If it was any good you would see it being used by college players on the national level and the truth is you just don't. They are pretty. They look cool. But if a string goes you lose all of the money you've spent because you need to buy a new one. Keep it simple. Follow what the best players in the game do and they don't use a Rockit Pocket.
Hope that helps. Would hate to see you waste all that money.
