Lacrosse - hard mesh or soft?

Expert: Corey Crane - 6/3/2009

Question
I have soft mesh and I'm thinking about getting hard mesh. what are some pros and cons to hard mesh?

Answer
Hello Parker,
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner...I am a lax strength and conditioning coach so I really couldn't tell you the pros and cons.  I was going to ask out lax coach here at the college but he is away recruiting.  I would recommend asking a local college coach or players on what they think.
Sorry for not being able to help,
Corye
