Question
i want to be able to throw the ball farther and ultimately shoot faster, what should i work on all together?

Answer
Hello Felix,
Well, this is a very basic question.  I would mainly work on your lower body strength and power as well as core work (especially med ball power exercises).
For example:
Med Ball Underhand Toss
Med Ball Push Press
Med Ball Angled Woodchops
Med Ball Side Toss

Along with Clean Pulls from the floor and thigh, Squats, Single Leg Squats, RDL's, Lunge walks with twist, etc...

I have my ebook that outlines what exercises you need to do along with conditioning if you are interested.  www.lacrosse-strategies.com
