Question
i am in a junior lacrosse league and i was put on d is there any way i can string my head for that or just keep it like the attack stringing. if i should re-string how and what should i use

Answer
Hello Will,
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.  I am a lax strength coach and was going to ask the opinion of our lax coach here at the college but he is away on a recruting trip.  I would recommend calling a local college coach or player and see what they suggest.  Sorry for not being able to help you out!
Corey
