Question
I'm a defender and I'm having trouble with attackmen juking me.  What are some good training tips I could use to help me get used to shifting my weight that fast?

Thanks

Answer
The biggest aspect for you is to stay low and in a good position.  Bend at the knees and hips so that your shoulders are slightly over your toes.  Stay on the balls of your feet.  PRACTICE!  PRACTICE! PRACTICE!  with someone on your reaction time - shadow them in front of you so it will become second nature when you are out on the field.
