Question I've put in a lot of work with my left hand this summer, and im really good at it now. But it seems like now that i try and go back to my right it seems weird almost. The stick almost feels heavier in my right hand. The only thing i never really adapted to in my left hand was shooting side arm or overhead, I can only shoot underhand left. How can i adapt to a point where i can use both hands efficiently?
Answer Felix you have to practice switching hands now. Right to left and left to right. I recommend getting in front of a mirror and watching yourself do it perfectly both directions. You have to work on switching hands now and getting the stick up into a position that you can throw/fake with. That's the next step in the process.
