Question Could you suggest some nice and moderately priced places in Lancaster (in the city preferably) that could handle about 90 people for a wedding reception?

My first pick would be Willow Valley Resort in Willow Street, just outside the city to the south. Their prices are as reasonable as anyone's, and I guarantee you would be completely satisfied with the service and the accomodations. (They also have a really nice chapel which is available for wedding services.) Phone: (717) 464-2711.
Other possible choices include: Eden Resort Inn & Conference Center - (717) 569-6444 - just north of town off Route 30 bypass; Historic Strasburg Inn - (800) 872-0201 - a short drive to the south / southeast of Lancaster; Hotel Brunswick - (717) 397-4800 - in the city, on Queen & Chestnut Streets.
This should be a good start. Again, I would recommend Willow Valley Resort most highly. The others I have listed in order of priority, based on my own personal preference.
