Question death shake 50mph replaced shocks, damper, worn outer tie rod, balanced tires, air pressure, alignment. still no help
Answer Hi Mike,
you replaced or tested the 'usual suspects' to this common problem. There are a few 'culprits' out there that have yet to be tested: steering stabilizer, swivel bearings, wheel bearings, panhard bolts loose, even adjusting swivel pin preload by replacing worn shims.
What you may have done is correct those components that have been affected by the problem, now the trick is to find the real cause. My guess is at this point is swivel pin preload.
