Question
QUESTION: Thank you so much!=D
Do you think I would ge tin trouble for it though because someone said that even if you use your own words,it is still the arthor's material so are they right?

ANSWER: Yes...if you say something close to what was originally written, you should put right into your paper...Mr. Kabuki expert says...then write the information...then end with on his website www.kabukistuff.com
Of course my examples aren't real, but I hope you get the idea.  When you use someone's idea, its okay, you just have to say that it is someone's idea in your paper.

QUESTION: Well does it sound like I used someone's idea?

Answer
I didn't see any direct quotes, I don't think...it's hard to tell going back and forth on the web pages but it seems as if you reworded everything fairly well.
It never hurts to use a citation if you are in doubt about it though.  I think you are okay.
