Language Arts for Kids/diagramming

I need help diagramming the following:
Here is where I laid the book.

This sentence appeared in "Taming Sentences," from the NY Times.  I've got the subject (I), verb (laid), and (book) direct object.  What do I do with, "Here is where"?  I think it dangles off the verb as an adverb.

Oh...I hate diagramming  :)  LOL

I am not sure if I can attch a diagramm.  I am going to try...

There should be an attachment here.  I am not a fan of diagramming and don't teach it much.  But this is what I think it should be.

Mrs. D wants a jpg...let's see if I can change formats here...
Ok, got to print and then go scan...ok...try again

I can answer any questions on grammar and writing, creative writing, or literature. If you are doing it for your English or Language Arts class, I should be able to give you a hand. I can also help with poetry analysis.

I have taught 8th, 9th, and 10th grade English and Literature, and Communications. And, oddly, 7th grade Math! I am presently a school librarian.
